About Us

 CE has been a valued member of the Dominion team for more than 20 years. His deep passion for the outdoors, combined with his extensive knowledge of firearms, makes him an invaluable asset to the organization. CE’s experience and dedication contribute greatly to the high level of service Dominion provides.

Outside of Dominion, CE enjoys spending time in the woods—especially during turkey season—or at the ballfield, where he can often be found watching and coaching his sons’ baseball teams.

 Chase is a second-generation owner who stepped into the business when his father, Todd—one of the founding owners—was ready to retire. With a strong foundation in the industry, Chase specializes in firearms and safe expertise, while also maintaining hands-on knowledge of archery and suppressors.

Outside of the business, Chase enjoys spending time in the woods or on the water. He has also embraced a new and rewarding role as a parent, which keeps him just as busy as his professional pursuits.

 Seth is the newest member of the Dominion team, joining the company in 2022 when he took over for the previous owner, Kevin, who entered retirement. Seth brings with him a deep knowledge of—and passion for—the outdoors, which is evident in every customer interaction.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Seth enjoys spending time in the woods  and on the water, often sharing those experiences with his family.

Nicole has been a part of Dominion for over 20 years in one way, shape, or form.  Often working behind the scenes, she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting the team wherever needed. 

 Jason has been a valued member of the Dominion team for more than 15 years, bringing with him a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service. His love for the outdoors enhances his knowledge, while his approachable nature makes him a favorite among customers.

Jason’s passion for deer and turkey hunting is evident in the expertise he shares every day. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his son and spending quality time with his family.

 Gary has been a valued member of the Dominion team for over eight years. As a retired police lieutenant, he brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism to the firearms industry. An avid and seasoned hunter, Gary has traveled extensively—particularly to Africa—where he participates in and leads guided hunts.  Jonathan is our Suppressor, AR, and Pistol Manager at Dominion. An avid shooter and content creator, he brings extensive knowledge of NFA items and is always willing to help customers navigate options and answer any questions they may have. Outside of the shop, Jonathan has proudly stepped into his newest role as “Dad,” a title he wears with pride. 

 Isaac is the manager and overseer of our Archery Department at Dominion. With a deep passion for the outdoors—and archery in particular—Isaac brings a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge to our team. His dedication to the sport and to our customers makes him a valuable asset to Dominion. When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find Isaac in the field hunting deer, turkey, and waterfowl, or spending time out on the water. 

Colton oversees our Fishing Department, where he uses his extensive knowledge to ensure Dominion is fully stocked with the best lures, baits, rods, and reels. His attention to detail and approachable personality make him a valuable resource for assisting customers with any fishing needs or special requests. When he’s not at Dominion, you’ll likely find Colton in the woods or wading through a creek. Timmy is one of our friendly and knowledgeable gun salesmen at Dominion. He genuinely enjoys connecting with people and talking about firearms, and his approachable personality has made him a favorite among customers. Timmy takes pride in spending time with each and every person he assists. When he’s not at Dominion, you might find him making friends with the neighborhood opossums, raccoons, and whatever other wildlife happens to wander into his yard! 

Andrea is our only female salesperson at Dominion—but don’t let that fool you. She brings an exceptional depth of knowledge in firearms and firearms safety. As a retired military professional, Andrea offers a wealth of experience and is equally skilled at assisting first-time firearm purchasers and seasoned enthusiasts alike. Craig is one of our well-rounded gun salesmen at Dominion, offering knowledgeable assistance across a wide range of departments. Whether you need help with hunting equipment, guidance through the suppressor process, or information on the latest bait releases, Craig is ready to help. He’s passionate about all things outdoors—from big game and waterfowl hunting to both saltwater and freshwater fishing.

Zach is one of our younger gun salesmen at Dominion, but don’t let his age fool you. He brings a wealth of shooting and reloading experience to the team. Specializing in AR platforms and pistols, Zach is also well-versed in navigating the NFA process and is happy to answer any questions you may have. When he’s not at Dominion or attending college, you’ll find Zach long-range shooting or working at the reloading bench.
